XtremeOffice is proof that a modern webshop doesn't have to be complicated. Whilst our location in Venlo has a long history in the industry, things have recently taken a completely fresh direction. Born from Merken Distributie, we operate as a straightforward, independent business with a crystal-clear mission: supplying office products without the baggage of a large corporation or an anonymous helpdesk.
The person behind the webshop
XtremeOffice is run by Maurice Gosselaar. As an entrepreneur with a genuine passion for logistics and e-commerce, he believes not in quick profits, but in lasting relationships and fair trading. His vision is simple: technology should serve people, not the other way around. We have already demonstrated this reliability through our successful sales activities on platforms such as Bol.com and Conrad, where we uphold the same high standards. Our Own Logistics: We Go the Extra Mile (Literally)
Whilst many webshops rely on slow supply chains or invisible dropshippers, we keep control in our own hands. Four days a week, we personally drive from Venlo to our distribution centre in Germany to collect your order directly from the source, carry out a physical check in our own warehouse, and process it the following day.

Smart Systems, Personal Service
Although we offer tens of thousands of products, our approach remains personal. Our software solutions have been developed in-house, which allows us to move faster than large corporations. A great example of this is Dex, our digital assistant — not your typical chatbot, but a colleague who helps customers with questions about orders, stock, and service. Privacy First & No Tracking
Choosing XtremeOffice means choosing privacy. We are one of the few webshops in the Netherlands that consciously makes no use of tracking cookies or Google Analytics. We don't need to know where you've come from or what you were browsing yesterday; all we want is to make sure you're well looked after today.
