When do you need a professional document folder?
A zip folder such as the VERNAZZA is ideal when you want to take documents, business cards and writing materials along to meetings, client visits or business appointments in an organised way. The faux leather gives it a smart, professional look while keeping all your important papers safely stored.

Why choose this A4 format with zip closure?
With dimensions of 290 x 360 mm, this folder has room for standard A4 documents without them getting creased. The all-round zip closure ensures loose papers cannot blow away during transport. This makes the folder particularly suitable for field staff and consultants who are often on the move.

What makes the internal layout so practical?
The folder contains 5 separate compartments for business cards, a transparent viewing window and a separate zipped pocket for smaller items. This thoughtful layout means you won't have to search for important contact details during a conversation. The 2 pen holders ensure you always have writing equipment to hand.

Practical tip for everyday use
The supplied A4 notepad can be used straight away for notes during meetings. Thanks to the sturdy faux leather exterior, you can also use the folder as a writing surface when no table is available. Keep important contracts in the main compartment and use the zipped pocket for USB sticks or other small accessories.
