When do you need a deep plate?
A deep plate such as this APS NERO model is ideal when you want to serve soups, pasta, rice dishes or other liquid and semi-liquid meals. The extra depth of 45 mm and the capacity of 0.8 litres help prevent spills and allow you to serve generous portions in a professional presentation.

Why choose this diameter and melamine material?
With a diameter of 225 mm, this plate fits perfectly on standard placemats and tables without taking up too much space. The melamine material makes this plate unbreakable, which makes it ideal for busy kitchens, staff canteens or events where glassware and porcelain are not practical.

Heat resistance and practical use
This plate is heat-resistant up to 70 degrees Celsius, meaning you can serve hot dishes on it without damaging the material. The black NERO finish gives a modern, elegant look that combines well with various tableware styles and is perfect for a professional presentation.

Care and storage
The melamine material is dishwasher-safe, which keeps maintenance simple in professional environments. Thanks to its stackable design, you save a lot of storage space in your kitchen or stockroom. Do keep in mind, however, that you should not expose the plate to temperatures above 70 degrees to prevent damage.
