When do you choose this product?
What is a sauce pot?
A sauce pot is designed to serve and keep sauces, dressings and other liquid ingredients at the right temperature. You need this product when you want to present sauces professionally in restaurants, hotels, catering or canteens, where the pot can be used both in refrigerated displays and under heat lamps.
Temperature resistance as the main feature
The aluminium material with non-stick coating has a remarkable temperature resistance of -30 to +200 degrees Celsius. This means you can serve both cold and hot sauces, as the aluminium conducts and retains temperature well. As a result, cold sauces stay cool for longer and hot sauces keep their temperature.
Practical maintenance benefits
Thanks to the non-stick coating and the aluminium material, this pot is dishwasher safe, which greatly simplifies daily cleaning. The dimensions of 115/110 mm diameter and 150 mm height make it a compact solution that fits easily in standard catering kitchens. Also ideal for use as a bottle cooler.
