When do you need a pointed spade?
A pointed spade is used for precision work in the garden where you need to cut through roots and break up compacted soil. This tool is indispensable for planting trees and shrubs, creating borders and working in hard-to-reach spots where a regular spade is too wide.

Why choose this narrow working width?
With a working width of 200 mm, you can easily work between existing plants without damaging them. The pointed, sharp blade cuts effortlessly through root systems and effectively penetrates hard, compacted soil. This narrow design gives you more control and precision than wider spades.

Durable construction in hardened boron steel
The blade and shaft are both made from hardened boron steel, ensuring a wear-resistant and deformation-resistant construction. This material retains its sharp edge for longer and can handle the forces involved in cutting through roots well. The powder-coated finish protects against corrosion and wear.

Practical handle for comfortable working
The rubberised D-grip offers a firm and comfortable hold during use. This handle prevents your hands from slipping, even in damp conditions. The overall length of 1250 mm lets you work upright without straining your back when digging and turning the soil.
