When do you need a preserving and beverage appliance?
This appliance is a multifunctional solution for preserving vegetables and fruit, but also for preparing large quantities of hot drinks such as mulled wine, hot chocolate or tea. You need it when you want to do a lot of preserving during the canning season or when you regularly serve hot drinks to larger groups of people.

Why choose the 25 litre capacity?
With a capacity of 25 litres, this appliance offers ample space for substantial quantities. You can preserve several large jars at once or prepare hot drinks for approximately 25-30 people. The dimensions of 455 x 435 x 495 mm make the appliance compact enough for home use, yet large enough for serious preserving work.

Flexible temperature control for different applications
The temperature range of 30 to 100 degrees gives you full control over the preparation process. For preserving you need high temperatures, while hot drinks such as mulled wine can be kept warm at lower temperatures. The indicator light and overheating protection ensure safe use during long processes.

Practical details for daily use
The stainless steel heating element with closed base ensures even heat distribution. The drain tap makes it easy to draw off liquids without tipping the appliance. The included insert rack is handy for preserving jars. With a power of 1800 watts, the appliance reaches the desired temperature quickly.
