What does a date stamp do and when do you need one?
A date stamp is used to quickly and consistently mark documents with the current date. You need this type of stamp when you regularly need to date invoices, contracts, receipts or other business documents. The COLOP date stamp shows months in numbers, which ensures a universally readable date display.

Why choose a 4 mm character height?
The 4 mm character height offers a good balance between legibility and compactness. This size is large enough to be clearly visible on documents, but does not take up too much space on forms or smaller paper formats. You can use it to stamp both A4 documents and more compact business forms without the date becoming too dominant.

Metal housing for durable use
The metal housing of this COLOP stamp provides a sturdy construction that withstands intensive office use. The metal housing protects the internal mechanism and keeps the date wheels in place, even with daily use. The combination with the plastic handle gives you a comfortable grip while stamping.

Convenient date setting via drive wheels
You set the date using special drive wheels that you turn manually. This system gives you full control over the date display and prevents unintended changes during use. Be sure to check and, if necessary, adjust the date after weekends or holidays before you start stamping.
