When do you use a 4-line date stamp?
A 4-line date stamp is ideal when you want to add extra information alongside the date, such as a department, signature or short text. You use this type of stamp for dating documents, incoming post, invoices or other administrative tasks where you want to record several pieces of information at once.

Why choose the 30 × 45 mm size?
With a stamp area of 30 × 45 mm, you have enough room for four lines of text without the stamp becoming too large for standard documents. This size strikes a good balance between legibility and compactness, so your stamp also fits on smaller documents or forms without disrupting the layout.

Advantage of the self-inking system
This COLOP date stamp is self-inking, which means the ink pad is built into the stamp itself. You don't need a separate stamp pad, which makes stamping quicker and cleaner. The included black pad produces clear, consistent impressions without you having to re-ink it each time.

Practical maintenance tip
When the ink runs low, you can easily order a replacement ink pad, type E/2300. This means your stamp will last for years without you having to buy a complete new one. Always store your stamp with the stamping face downwards to prevent the ink pad from drying out.
