What does this product do?
This COLOP text stamp Expert 3900 is designed for stamping extensive texts and data. With 12 lines of text, you can print complete addresses, company details or standard contract clauses all at once. The self-inking system means you can stamp straight away without a separate ink pad.

Why choose this 12-line format?
The 12 lines provide room for complex information such as full company details including address, telephone, e-mail and website. With a print size of 55×106 mm, substantially more text fits than with smaller stamps. This makes it ideal for administrative processes where extensive information needs to be repeatedly added to documents.

Self-inking for immediate usability
The self-inking mechanism means the black ink is already integrated into the stamp. You don't need to use or refill a separate ink pad - simply press and stamp. This prevents smudges and ensures consistent print quality. The stamp is supplied with a black pad, so you can get started straight away.

Practical maintenance tip
When the print becomes lighter, you can replace the ink reservoir with the matching replacement ink pad E/3900. Keep the reference number E/3900 safe, so you can always order the correct replacement pad. Remember to store the stamp with the text side facing down after use, so the ink stays optimally distributed across all text lines.
