When do you choose this product?
When do you need alcohol-based markers?
Alcohol-based markers such as this COPIC ciao set are ideal for professional drawings, illustrations and colouring work where you want smooth transitions and vibrant colours. You need them when working on projects that demand high quality, such as manga drawings, product designs or architectural sketches.
Why choose a 36-piece set?
With 36 different colours, you have an extensive base to work with straight away, without having to buy individual markers. This set gives you enough colour variety to realise most projects, from skin tones to landscapes, without having to invest immediately in a complete collection of 358 colours.
Advantage of the refillable feature
These COPIC markers can be refilled with Various Ink refill fluids, so you can enjoy long-lasting use from every marker. Instead of buying a new marker when the ink runs out, you simply refill it. This makes them more economical in the long run, especially with intensive use.
Important for optimal results
Use suitable paper that does not bleed with alcohol-based ink, such as marker paper or heavier drawing paper. The markers can be blended with one another, which means you can let colours flow into each other and create new shades by applying them wet-on-wet. Thanks to the quick drying time, you can work over previously coloured areas quickly without creating streaks.
