Get started right away with this Ciao starter set of three grey tones, which gives you everything you need to shade sketches and layouts with skill. The included paper pad makes drawing possible straight away.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need this marker set?
This COPIC Ciao starter set has been specially put together for creating layouts, sketches and illustrations. You need this set when you want to create professional drawings using different shades of grey and accents. The combination of markers and the accompanying sketch pad makes this set ideal for a wide range of sketching work.
Why this particular colour combination?
This set contains three carefully selected colours: Warm Gray No. 3, Cool Gray No. 5 and Brown. These specific colours complement each other perfectly and create natural transitions in your drawings. The warm and cool grey tones allow you to depict different nuances realistically.
Benefits of the dual nibs
Each marker has two different nibs: a medium broad nib for precision work and a flexible brush nib for filling areas and transitions. The alcohol-based ink dries quickly and is blendable, so you can create smooth colour transitions without having to wait. This makes the markers very suitable for quick sketching sessions.
Practical tip for optimal results
The included Marker Pad A5 sketch pad has been specially developed for use with markers. This paper prevents the ink from bleeding through and ensures the colours shine at their best. Always use this type of paper or similar marker paper to achieve the best results and to avoid ink bleeding.

Dex knows - user tips
Allow the alcohol ink to dry thoroughly before applying a second layer, as this prevents the colours from bleeding unintentionally. Preferably use the markers in a well-ventilated room and keep them out of the reach of young children.
