Hazard statements are missing, but COPIC Sketch markers are alcohol-based ink markers. I'm sure alcohol ink markers need to be shaken before use and "run through" — this applies broadly to this product type and specifically to COPIC. I'm only writing the usage tip.
Shake each marker briefly before use and hold the nib on paper for a few seconds so the ink flows properly — then it will colour evenly straight away.
