This Copic Ciao set gives you everything you need to bring manga to life. With the blendable ink and the handy combination of brush and fine tips, you draw smooth lines and soft colour transitions, while the Multiliner adds that extra detail.
When do you choose this product?
What are COPIC ciao markers and when do you use them?
These COPIC ciao markers are specially developed for layouts, sketches and illustrations. They are ideal when you want to create professional drawings or when you are working on manga-style illustrations. Thanks to their alcohol base, they are suitable for a variety of creative projects where you want to achieve smooth, professional results.
Why this manga set with the 5+1 formula?
This set contains 5 COPIC ciao markers plus 1 COPIC Multiliner of 0.3 mm, which offers a handy combination for manga artists. The multiliner is perfect for drawing fine lines and details, while the 5 markers provide the colour accents and fills. This makes it a complete starter set for anyone who wants to begin creating manga illustrations.
Dual nibs for versatile use
Each marker has two nibs: a medium fine nib and a brush nib. Use the medium fine nib for precise lines and smaller areas, while the brush nib is ideal for larger surfaces and smooth colour transitions. This dual functionality means you can create a variety of effects with fewer markers.
Alcohol base for professional results
The alcohol base ensures that the ink dries quickly and that colours can be blended. This means you can create beautiful colour transitions by letting colours flow into each other while they are still wet. Do keep in mind that you should use suitable paper, as alcohol markers can bleed through thin paper.
