This is why Dex likes this article
With this set of 36 carefully selected colours, you can draw and illustrate straight away at a professional level. The quick-drying ink blends together and is refillable, so you can keep using the same set for years to come.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need alcohol-based markers?
COPIC markers on an alcohol base are ideal for professional drawing and design projects where you need smooth colour transitions and quick drying time. Thanks to the alcohol base, these markers dry quickly, so you can carry on working straight away without streaks or bleeding. They are suitable for illustrations, manga drawing, product design and architectural sketches.
Why choose this basic set of 36 pieces?
This set contains a carefully selected range of colours, with greys (C1, C3, C5, C7, C9), neutral tones (W1, W3, W5, W7, W9) and a broad spectrum of colours from blue to red to yellow. With 36 different colours, you have enough variety to realise most projects without having to buy additional markers straight away.
The big advantage: refillable markers
These COPIC markers can be refilled with Various Ink refills, so you can keep using them for years. This makes them not only more sustainable than disposable markers, but also more economical in the long run. You don't have to buy new markers every time the ink runs out.
Practical tip for optimal use
The markers can be blended with one another, allowing you to create new shades by combining different tones. Store the markers horizontally to maintain an even ink distribution. Take note of the colour codes such as B29, RV11 and YR04 – you can use these to reorder specific colours later or top up with refills.
