When do you choose this product?
When do you use a papier-mâché figure?
This décopatch elephant figure is ideal when you want to start a creative project where you decide the final look yourself. The natural-coloured card forms the perfect neutral base for decoration techniques such as décopatch, painting or covering with various materials.
Why choose this compact size?
At 100×80×70 mm, this elephant is small enough for detailed work but large enough to make an impact. This size is perfect for beginners taking their first steps in decorative techniques, but also for experienced crafters looking for a project they can finish more quickly.
Why is reinforced card the right choice?
The reinforced papier-mâché material offers a stable surface that withstands various decoration materials without warping. The natural brown colour ensures that any uncovered spots won't stand out, which is especially handy when applying transparent or lighter decoration materials.
Practical decorating tip for the best result
You can decorate this figure with décopatch paper, acrylic paint, sequins, stickers and many other materials. Always start with the largest areas and work towards the details. The reinforced card has enough grip for most types of glue, giving you creative freedom in your choice of materials without worrying about adhesion.
