Operate your screen and keyboard remotely with this KVM extender via CAT6 cable. Enjoy sharp 4K images and smooth control with no loss of quality over long distances.
When do you choose this product?
What does a KVM extender do?
A KVM extender allows you to operate your computer remotely by transmitting the video, keyboard and mouse signals over long distances. This is ideal when your computer is located in a different room from where you work, for example in a server room or technical cabinet.
Why choose 4K support?
This extender supports Ultra HD 4K resolution up to 3,840 x 2,160 pixels at 30Hz, so you keep sharp image quality even at a distance. This makes it suitable for professional applications where image quality is crucial, such as video editing, presentations or monitoring.
CAT6 network cable as transmission medium
By using standard CAT6 network cables, you can bridge distances of 40 to 70 metres, depending on the cable quality. This is much more practical and cost-effective than dedicated video cables, especially over longer distances or with existing cabling.
Complete plug-and-play solution
The set consists of a transmitter unit and a receiver unit, both compact with dimensions of 60 x 75 x 20 mm. You receive everything you need: both units, a power supply with EU plug, USB cable and manual. Please note that you will need to supply a CAT6 cable between the units yourself - this is not included in the set.
