Sharp images up to 8K, made possible by this cable. Thanks to the double shielding and gold-plated contact surface, the signal remains stable, and the snap-lock ensures a firm, reliable connection.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a DisplayPort cable?
You use a DisplayPort cable to connect your computer, laptop or graphics card to a monitor, projector or TV that also has a DisplayPort connection. This type of connection is popular in office environments because it delivers stable picture quality without loss of quality. You need this cable if both devices have a DisplayPort socket and you want a direct digital connection.
Why choose a 2 metre length?
The 2 metre length of this DIGITUS cable gives you enough room to move without unnecessary excess cable. This distance is ideal for most desk setups where your computer sits under the desk and your monitor is on the worktop. You have enough slack to move devices without the cable being taut, while still keeping your workspace tidy.
Ultra HD 8K support for future-proofing
This cable supports Ultra HD 8K resolution, which means you are ready for the highest picture quality of today and the near future. Even if you currently use a 4K monitor, you are investing in a cable that will remain suitable when you upgrade later. The double shielding ensures that the signal is not disrupted by other electronic devices nearby.
Practical details for a reliable connection
The connectors have a click mechanism that keeps the cable firmly in place and prevents it from accidentally coming loose. The gold-plated contact surfaces ensure optimal conductivity and prevent corrosion. When connecting, make sure both devices are switched off to avoid damage, and push the connector fully in until you hear the click.
