Why this amplifier with Cat.5 cable?
By using standard network cable (Cat.5) instead of thick DVI cables, you gain more flexibility and lower costs. Cat.5 cable is thinner, cheaper and easier to route through walls and ceilings than long DVI cables. You can bridge distances of up to 70 metres with it, which would not be possible with a standard DVI cable.
Maximum resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels
This amplifier supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 pixels at 60 Hz, which is suitable for most office and presentation applications. This resolution provides sufficient sharpness for word processing, spreadsheets and standard video playback. However, this device is not suitable for ultra-high-definition applications.
No external power supply required
