Manage all your servers from one tidy console. With the 8-port KVM switch you switch effortlessly between systems, and thanks to the tilting screen and full rack format you save valuable space in your server cabinet.
When do you choose this product?
What does a KVM console do, and when do you need one?
A KVM console combines an LCD screen, keyboard and mouse in one compact 19 inch rack unit. With the built-in 8-port KVM switch, you can operate up to 8 different servers or computers from a single workstation. This is essential in server rooms where you need to manage multiple systems without requiring separate peripherals for each server.
Why choose this 8-port 19 inch variant?
This DIGITUS console fits perfectly in standard 19 inch server racks and takes up only 1U of space. The robust black steel housing (RAL9005) withstands intensive use in professional environments. With 8 connections, this variant offers sufficient capacity for small to medium-sized server setups without unnecessary complexity.
Key feature: the fold-out LCD screen
The 43.18 cm LCD screen tilts up to 120 degrees, allowing you to adjust the viewing angle to suit your working position. The resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels at 60 Hz, with support for 16.7 million colours, ensures clear display of server interfaces. The touch panel with 2 function keys makes switching between connected systems simple.
Practical tip: ready for immediate installation
The delivery set includes all the necessary components: alongside the console you receive 8 server connection cables, a keyboard with a German keyboard layout, a power cable and mounting screws. Please note that the keyboard has a German layout. The console is ready for installation in your 19 inch rack straight away, without any additional accessories.
