Transfer files in a flash with this aluminium enclosure, up to 40 Gbps! You fit your NVMe SSD (up to 8 TB) without tools, and the LED keeps you informed of activity.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This USB enclosure transforms your internal NVMe SSD into an external drive that you can connect to any computer. You need this when you want to add extra storage to your laptop, transfer files between computers, or reuse an old SSD from a computer as external storage.
Why choose this USB 4.0 variant?
With 40 Gbps, this enclosure offers the fastest transfer speed currently available. This means you can copy large files such as videos or databases in seconds instead of minutes. The USB 4.0 connection is also backwards compatible, so it also works with older USB ports, just at a lower speed.
Tool-free assembly in aluminium
The tool-free assembly means you can install your NVMe SSD within a minute without a screwdriver. The aluminium material helps dissipate heat during intensive use and protects your valuable SSD against knocks. The LED activity indicator shows when the drive is active, which is useful for knowing when you can safely disconnect it.
Practical dimensions and compatibility
With dimensions of 116 x 60 x 20 mm, this enclosure easily fits in your laptop bag. The supplied 25 cm USB-C to USB-C cable is short enough to keep neat, yet long enough for flexible placement. Note that your computer must have a USB-C port to take full advantage of the 40 Gbps speed.
