Handy for serrated knives that are otherwise difficult to sharpen! This folding diamond sharpener fits easily in your drawer or bag and also works well as a mini steel on the go.
When do you choose this product?
For serrated blades
You choose this diamond wave-edge sharpener when you have knives with a serrated or saw-toothed edge that have become blunt. Ordinary sharpening stones cannot handle these special edges properly, but this sharpener is specifically designed for this type of blade. It also works excellently as a mini whetstone for other small cutting tools.
Why this compact size is ideal
With its length of 113 mm, this sharpener offers exactly the right size for convenient use without wasting space. The folding design means it goes from 240 mm open to just 127 mm closed, so you can easily store it in a toolbox or kitchen drawer. This size gives you sufficient sharpening surface for effective work.
Fine diamond grit for precision
This sharpener uses 25 micron (600 mesh) diamond grit, which falls into the 'fine' category. This means it is suitable for finishing and maintaining your knives, not for removing major damage. The diamond grit retains its sharpening power for a long time and delivers consistent results with regular use.
Practical storage tip
Thanks to the plastic handle and folding design, you can store this sharpener safely without damaging the sharpening surface. Always fold it closed after use to keep dust and moisture off the diamond layer. The compact 127 mm closed size also makes it suitable for use on the go.
