When do you choose this product?
When do you need a hanging file box?
A hanging file box is ideal when you want to store hanging files neatly and move them around easily. This DURABLE CARRY plus offers space for approximately 30 hanging files, so you can organise a complete file collection compactly. Thanks to the collapsible design, it only takes up space when you are actually using the box.
Why choose this format?
With dimensions of 360 x 320 x 270 mm, this hanging file box fits perfectly in desk drawers and cupboards, but you can also place it on your desk. The format has been carefully designed to fit standard office furniture, so you are flexible about where you store your documents. The capacity of 30 hanging files makes it suitable for medium-sized projects or departments.
Benefit of the collapsible design
The main advantage of this box is that you can fold it down completely when you are not using it. This saves considerable storage space in your office or home workspace. The polystyrene material keeps the box sturdy during use, yet it is light enough to move easily between different workstations.
Practical tip
Before you fill the box, check that your hanging files are the right size for this format. The box works best in combination with standard A4 hanging files. Because polystyrene is lightweight, you can easily lift and move the filled box, which is ideal for flexible working.
