With this sledge you really have control on the slope: thanks to the steering handle and the brakes on both sides, you steer and brake effortlessly. The textured seat provides firm grip, so you glide safely down the hill.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a sledge with steering?
A sledge with steering and hand brakes offers far more control than a traditional sledge. You choose this type when you want to be able to steer and brake safely while sledging, especially on longer or steeper slopes where you want to be able to influence your speed and direction.
Why this compact single-seater version?
With dimensions of 950 x 480 x 230 mm, this sledge is ideal for one person and fits well in most cars for transport to the snow slope. The lightweight plastic construction makes it easy to carry and manoeuvre, while you still keep the benefits of steering and braking.
Hand brakes on both sides for extra safety
The hand brakes are fitted on both sides of the sledge, so you can brake with both hands for optimal control. This allows you to regulate your speed precisely and come to a safe stop. The textured seat surface ensures that you sit firmly and stably while sledging.
Please note the colour choice when ordering
This sledge is supplied in assorted colours blue and red, and no specific colour preference is possible. You will therefore receive one of these two colours. The pull cord (zugseil) is included, which is handy for pulling the sledge uphill or for bringing along children who have become tired.
