When do you need a writing folder with a pen holder?
A writing folder is indispensable when you need to transport documents and make notes on the spot. This Bantex writing folder combines a sturdy writing surface with handy storage options, so you stay organised during meetings, presentations or client visits.

Why this A4 version with metal clip?
The A4 format fits standard documents and notepads perfectly. The metal clip holds up to approximately 80 sheets securely, with a clip width of 15 mm, so you can also carry thicker documents with ease. This makes the folder suitable for both thin reports and extensive files.

Practical benefits of the PVC coating
The PVC finish gives the exterior a durable, stain-resistant surface that withstands daily use. The material is easy to clean and keeps its professional appearance, even after intensive use. The black colour gives a neutral, business-like look that suits any working environment.

Smart layout for maximum functionality
The integrated pen holder keeps your writing tools within easy reach at all times. The inside offers practical storage space and a clip mechanism for extra functionality. This well-thought-out layout turns the folder into a complete mobile workspace.
