When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
Hanging pockets with a window are indispensable tools for neatly storing documents in suspension files. You use them when you want to protect important papers against moisture, dust and damage, while the contents remain clearly visible through the transparent material.
Why choose the vertical variant?
These vertical hanging pockets are specially designed for documents you want to store upright. The A4 format fits standard Dutch documents such as contracts, invoices and correspondence perfectly. The transparent design means you can recognise the contents straight away without having to open the pocket.
Practical design with three closed sides
The pocket has three closed sides and one open side on the right. This design prevents documents from falling out when you move or transport the hanging file. The open right-hand side makes it easy to insert or remove papers without having to take the entire pocket out of the suspension file.
Good-value packaging for office use
With 25 pieces per pack, you have enough hanging pockets for a complete reorganisation of your filing system. This quantity is ideal for small to medium-sized offices looking to professionalise their administration. Store the pockets in a dry place to prevent warping, and make sure you don't overfill them to avoid tears in the material.
