With these document folders, you instantly bring colour and structure to your admin. The five cheerful colours make files recognisable at a glance, while the double fold-over flaps keep your papers neatly in place.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need document folders?
Document folders are indispensable when you want to neatly organise and protect A4 documents. You use them to temporarily store reports, contracts, quotations or other important papers that you consult regularly. These folders are ideal for offices, schools and home administration where overview and professionalism are important.
Why choose colour-sorted folders?
This pack contains 50 folders divided over five colours: blue, lemon yellow, red, green and violet. By using different colours, you can visually distinguish different projects, clients or subjects from one another. This colour system makes it much quicker to find the right documents during busy work periods.
Advantage of the 2 flaps
Each folder has 2 flaps that keep your documents in place even better. These flaps prevent papers from slipping out of the folder during transport or storage. The card offers sufficient sturdiness to handle the folders regularly without them quickly wearing out or tearing.
Practical dimensions for A4 use
With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, these folders are perfectly suited to A4-size documents. Your A4 papers fit in comfortably without folding, while the folders themselves do not take up unnecessary space in your filing cabinet or desk. With the set of 50 pieces, you have sufficient stock for a longer period.
