When do you need archive boxes?
Archive boxes are used to store important documents, files and paperwork in an orderly and dust-free way. These EXACOMPTA Aquarel boxes are ideal when you regularly need access to your archive, but at the same time want everything to stay neatly organised.

Why this compact 90 mm variant?
With a depth of 90 mm, these boxes are perfect for storing thinner folders, loose documents or smaller files. They fit well in standard office cabinets without taking up too much space. The dimensions of 255 x 90 x 340 mm make them manageable enough to move around easily.

Sturdy cardboard with practical details
These archive boxes are made of sturdy cardboard covered with laminated paper for extra durability. The reinforced lid flap ensures that the lid does not sag, even with frequent opening and closing. The handy finger hole makes it easy to take the boxes out of a cabinet without them slipping out of your hands.

Colour coding for clarity
You receive 5 pieces in different pastel shades: pastel blue, pastel green, lemon yellow, coral red and mauve. This range of colours helps when organising different categories of documents. For example, you can assign a different project, year or document type to each colour, which considerably speeds up finding specific information.
