Handy document folders with quick-closure that keep your papers safe. The cheerful colours help you organise different projects, and the sturdy cardboard construction keeps everything neatly together.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need document folders with a quick-release closure?
Document folders with a quick-release closure are ideal for safely storing and transporting loose documents, project files and important papers. You use them when you regularly need access to documents but still want to keep them protected and organised. The quick-release closure ensures that your contents cannot fall out during transport.
Why choose this A4 size with a linen closure?
This A4 size fits standard office paper and documents perfectly. The combination of a quick-release closure with a linen strap offers extra sturdiness and durability compared to ordinary elastic bands. The recycled paper material makes these folders an environmentally conscious choice for your office.
Ample capacity for thick files
With a capacity of 130 mm, each folder can hold a substantial amount of documents. This means you can keep complete project files, annual reports or extensive documentation in a single folder. The sturdy cardboard construction also keeps its shape when fully loaded.
Colour coding for clear organisation
The set contains 10 folders sorted in four different colours: light blue, yellow, red and light green. This allows you to assign a separate colour to different projects, departments or categories. This colour-coding system helps you quickly find the right documents and prevents you from wasting time searching.
