What are binding strips and when do you need them?

You use binding strips to join loose documents, reports or notes together quickly and neatly and store them in a ring binder or ringbinder folder. They are ideal if you regularly bundle paper without wanting to use a punch or a clip folder. With a binding strip, you keep everything together and ready for filing.

Why this variant from EXACOMPTA?

These binding strips from EXACOMPTA are made of cardboard and measure 35 x 150 mm, which suits the standard DIN A4 format. They feature a double perforation of 60/80 mm, so they fit both narrow and wide ring binders and folders. The metal cover strip keeps the strip firmly in place and prevents the holes from tearing.

Colour coding as a practical advantage

The set contains 250 pieces in five assorted colours: green, blue, red, yellow and white. This makes it easy to assign a category or project to each colour, so your filing stays well organised. You don't need to stick on separate labels; the colour of the binding strip already gives an immediate visual indication of the contents of the folder.

Practical tip for use

Before use, check whether your folder or ring binder is compatible with the 60/80 mm perforation, as not all folders use the same hole spacing. With 250 pieces in one pack, you have a generous supply for a long time, which is handy in offices or schools where large quantities of documents are regularly bundled. Preferably store the strips flat and dry to prevent the cardboard from bending.
