When do you need a clipboard folder?
A clipboard folder is useful when you need to fill in documents or take notes on the go, without a desk. This is handy for inspectors, salespeople, surveyors, or anyone who has to handle administration outside the office. The hard surface ensures you always have a stable writing base.

Why choose the A4 format in black?
The A4 format matches the most commonly used document sizes in the Netherlands, from contracts to checklists. The black colour looks professional and doesn't stand out during business visits. You can use it for both loose A4 sheets and pre-printed forms.

Elastic band and pen holder for convenience
The elastic band keeps the lid firmly closed, so your papers won't blow away during transport. The integrated pen holder ensures you always have writing tools at hand. That way, you don't have to search your pockets for a pen during important meetings.

Extra functionality with clear pocket and writing pad
On the inside of the lid is a transparent A4 pocket where you can keep reference material or instructions. The included lined writing pad gives you a clean surface to write on straight away. This makes the clipboard folder complete and ready for immediate use.
