These leather-look monthly tabs give your archive a professional look. The sturdy 155 g/m² card keeps its shape well, and the pre-printed months make sorting child's play.
When do you choose this product?
When do you use month tabs in your filing system?
Month tabs are indispensable tools for organising documents chronologically in folders or suspension files. You use them when you want to separate your administration by month, such as invoices, correspondence or project documentation that you need to be able to find quickly.
Why choose this complete 12-piece set?
This EXACOMPTA set contains all twelve months from January to December, so you can set up a complete filing system straight away. The tabs are already printed with the month names, which saves you time when organising your administration. There's no need to write anything yourself or buy extra labels.
What does the leather-look material mean for your use?
The 155 g/m² card has a leather-look texture that combines sturdiness with a professional appearance. This weight ensures the tabs won't tear easily with regular use, while the ivory tint is neutral enough to fit into any office or home filing system without standing out.
Practical tip for optimal use
These tabs work best in combination with suspension files or dividers from the same brand, so the dimensions match perfectly. Place them consistently in the same position in each folder to create a uniform system. The pre-printed monthly format makes them especially suitable for administrations you organise by calendar year.
