When do you choose this product?
What does this document wallet do?
The EXACOMPTA Punchy+ document wallet is designed to keep loose documents safely together and to transport them. With the elastic closure and three inside flaps, you prevent papers from falling out, even if you tilt the wallet or put it in your bag. The 4-hole punching makes it possible to use the wallet in different ring binders.
Why choose this size?
With outer dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this wallet offers room for A4 documents without them creasing or folding. The sturdy 375 g/m² Manila card ensures that the wallet keeps its shape, even with daily use. This weight means the wallet is durable enough for frequent transport, but not so heavy that it becomes unwieldy.
Handy colour coding in your filing
The pack contains wallets in six different colours: blue, yellow, orange, pink, red and green. This variety of colours allows you to visually distinguish different projects, clients or subjects. For example, you could keep all financial documents in blue wallets and HR matters in green wallets.
Practical compatibility
Thanks to the 4-hole punching, these wallets fit standard ring binders and lever arch files. You can therefore use them on their own or as part of your filing system. When filling them, make sure to fold the three inside flaps down properly before putting the elastic band around them – this prevents documents from being damaged.
