Fun writing set for little hands! The thick triangular shape feels comfortable in the hand and the break-resistant lead lasts a long time. Complete with a pencil sharpener and eraser, plus a name field so nothing gets lost.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a Jumbo writing set?
This Faber-Castell Dinosaur writing set has been specially developed for children who are just starting out in their writing journey. The Jumbo variant offers extra support when learning to write and draw, as the thicker shape provides more grip and control. Choose this set when your child still struggles with fine motor skills or when regular pencils feel too thin.
Why the ergonomic triangular shape works
The triangular shape of this pencil automatically ensures the correct finger placement while writing. This shape prevents the pencil from rolling away and helps children develop a good pencil grip. The name field on the barrel makes it possible to personalise the pencil, which is especially handy at school or during activities.
Benefits of the 3 mm thick lead
The extra-thick lead of approximately 3 millimetres breaks less easily than standard pencil leads, which prevents frustration during use. This break-resistant quality is especially important for children who still press down hard while writing. The HB hardness offers a good balance between clear lines and easy erasing.
Complete set ready to use
This 3-piece set contains everything you need: the Jumbo pencil, a matching eraser and a sharpener suitable for the thick lead. The sharpener is specially designed for the 3 mm size, as regular sharpeners are often too small for this Jumbo variant. The glossy dinosaur motifs are raised to the touch, adding extra fun to writing.
