When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
These Faber-Castell PITT artist pens have been specially developed for manga drawings and illustration work with pigment ink. You use them when you want to make permanent drawings that are resistant to light and water. The pens contain acid-free ink that gives off no odour, which makes them pleasant to work with.
Why choose the Manga Shônen set?
This 6-piece set has been specially put together for manga drawing styles and gives you the right tools straight away for character drawings and story illustrations. The colour-sorted selection means you have a complete palette without having to search for individual pens.
Permanent and lightfast properties
The pigment ink in these pens is waterproof and permanent, which means your drawings won't fade or run. Thanks to the high lightfastness, your artworks keep their colours, even with prolonged exposure to daylight. These properties make the pens suitable for both sketches and finished artworks.
Practical tip for use
Store the pens horizontally with the cap on to prevent them from drying out. Because of the acid-free composition, you can also use these pens on archival paper without the paper discolouring over time. The odourless ink makes long drawing sessions comfortable, even in small spaces.
