Give your feet the room they deserve! Thanks to the ventilation openings they stay nice and cool, and with the tiltable plate and 2 height settings you choose the ideal position yourself.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a footrest?
A footrest improves your sitting posture at the desk by positioning your feet at the right height. You choose a footrest if your desk is too high for your build, you can't place your feet flat on the floor, or you want to prevent back problems through a better working posture.
Why choose this Fellowes model?
This Fellowes Refresh footrest stands out thanks to its platform with an opening that promotes air circulation around your feet. This prevents overheating and sweaty feet during long working days. The black plastic material is practical and suits any office setting.
Flexible height adjustment in 2 positions
The footrest offers height adjustment in 2 different positions, allowing you to choose the optimal height for your build. The platform also slides forwards and backwards, so you can personally set the ideal angle for maximum sitting comfort. This dual adjustment ensures you always find the right support.
Practical tip for daily use
Start in the lowest position and raise it to the second height setting if needed. Make sure your knees form an angle of roughly 90 degrees and your thighs lie parallel to the floor. By regularly sliding the platform slightly forwards or backwards, you prevent your feet from staying in the same position and improve circulation.
