When do you need an emergency blanket?
An emergency blanket is an essential part of any first aid kit and provides protection against hypothermia and overheating. You need this product in emergency situations where someone needs to maintain their body temperature or, conversely, needs protection against heat. This blanket belongs in your workplace first aid kit, car or for outdoor activities.

Why this size of 1,600 x 2,100 mm?
This format offers enough surface area to fully wrap an adult. With these dimensions, you can effectively wrap the blanket around someone and ensure optimal protection. The compact packed size in the pouch makes it easy to store without taking up much space in your first aid case.

How does the gold-silver foil technology work?
The aluminium-vapour-coated surface, 12 µm thick, reflects approximately 80% of body heat back to the body. This prevents heat loss and protects against hypothermia. The gold-silver foil works in both directions: the silver side reflects heat in cold conditions, while the gold side provides protection against overheating caused by sunlight or other heat sources.

Practical storage tip for optimal availability
Keep the emergency blanket in its original pouch to prevent damage to the thin material. Check regularly that the packaging is still intact, as tears can reduce its effectiveness. Place the blanket in an accessible spot in your first aid kit so you can reach it quickly in an emergency.
