When do you choose this product?
When do you need a puncture-resistant bicycle tyre?
A puncture-resistant bicycle tyre is essential if you regularly cycle through areas where broken glass, nails or thorns lie on the road. This FISCHER tyre protects you against the most common causes of punctures thanks to a special protective layer in the rubber that prevents sharp objects from penetrating the tread.
Why choose this 28 inch size?
This tyre measures 28 x 1.5 inch and complies with the ETRTO standard 40-622. You can use it on tyres from 28 x 1⅝ to 1.75 inch and rims of 17-23 mm. The ETRTO standard 35 to 45-622 means you can be sure the tyre fits a wide range of 28 inch bicycles, from city bikes to trekking bikes.
Protection against punctures
The integrated protective layer in this tyre forms a barrier between the outer surface and your inner tube. This layer specifically protects against broken glass, nails and thorns - the main causes of punctures while cycling. As a result, you need to repair your tyre less often and can ride with greater peace of mind.
Extra safety with reflective stripes
The reflective stripes on the sidewalls of the tyre improve visibility in the dark. This is especially useful if you cycle in the evening or early in the morning. When fitting, make sure you respect the rotation direction of the tyre for optimal performance on different surfaces.
