When do you need a bicycle basket with a lock?
A bicycle basket with an integrated combination lock is essential if you regularly take valuable items on your bike and need to leave them unattended. This FISCHER PLUS Safe bicycle basket combines practical transport with security, so you can store your shopping, work items or personal belongings safely while shopping or working.
Why choose this click system?
The click system allows the basket to be attached and removed in a matter of seconds, which is ideal if you don't want to leave the basket permanently on your bike. You can detach the basket within seconds to take it inside with you, so both the basket and its contents are better protected against theft.
What does the 5 kg load capacity mean in practice?
With a load capacity of up to 5 kg, you can safely transport a substantial weekly shop, a laptop bag with accessories or sports equipment. This capacity is more than sufficient for everyday tasks, but you must take care not to exceed the weight limit to avoid damage to the fixing.
Practical compatibility and use
This bicycle basket is suitable for all common luggage carriers, so you needn't worry about the fit. The fine-mesh wiring prevents small items from falling out of the basket, which is especially useful when carrying keys, phones or small purchases. The sturdy carry handle makes it comfortable to carry the basket once you have clicked it off the bike.
