When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This weaving pattern set is designed to fill weaving templates with weaving strips, so you can start weaving straight away without drawing or cutting beforehand. The set contains 16 weaving templates featuring eight different farm animals, so you get a varied result right from the start. You need this if you're looking for a craft activity that develops fine motor skills without having to assemble materials yourself.
Why this number of parts is the right choice
With 233 pieces, including 200 weaving strips, you have enough material to complete all 16 templates and possibly still have strips left over for extra experiments. The 195 mm weaving needle is included, so you don't have to look for suitable tools separately to thread the strips through the templates. This makes the set ready to use for the basic activity without any additional purchases.
An honest note on the wiggle eyes
The set contains wiggle eyes in two sizes, 10 mm and 14 mm, nine of each, which is just enough to give some of the animal motifs a face. Because there are nine of each size, you can't give every animal eyes in both sizes; you'll need to choose which motifs get the eyes. The eyes are self-adhesive, so you don't need glue to attach them.
