When do you need a binding machine?
A binding machine is what you use when you want to professionally bind documents into a sturdy brochure or report. This GBC CombBind CB12 is ideal for offices, schools or home workspaces where presentations, reports or manuals are regularly produced that need to look polished.

Why this A4 capacity?
With a punching capacity of 12 sheets at a time, you work efficiently on documents up to A4 size. You can bind documents of up to 165 sheets in one go, which is sufficient for extensive reports and presentations. This format fits perfectly with standard office tasks.

How does the CombBind system work?
The machine punches 21 holes in your paper and binds with plastic binding combs up to 19 mm in diameter. The manual one-handed lever gives you full control over the punching process. The side margin guide ensures your documents are neatly centred when punched.

Practical workspace requirements
For this machine you need a work surface of at least 458 x 264 mm, with enough height for the total dimension of 295 mm. Make sure there is a sturdy surface underneath, given the manual operation. The plastic binding combs are bought separately and are available in various thicknesses up to 19 mm, depending on the size of your document.
