Protect your passport against unauthorised reading of personal and biometric data with this handy RFID sleeve. Two inner compartments keep extra cards or documents neatly organised during your travels.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This RFID protective sleeve protects your passport against unauthorised reading of personal and biometric data. Modern passports contain RFID chips that can be read wirelessly by criminals or other parties without you noticing. With this protective sleeve, you prevent your sensitive information from being scanned without your consent while travelling.
Why exactly this size?
With dimensions of 197×136 mm, this sleeve is specially designed for Dutch and European passports. These dimensions ensure that your passport fits perfectly without shrinking or sliding around inside the sleeve. The red colour with the 'Passport' lettering also makes the sleeve easy to spot in your bag or suitcase.
Practical layout with two compartments
The sleeve has 2 inner pockets that offer extra functionality while travelling. Alongside your passport, you can also safely store other important documents such as boarding passes or vaccination certificates. This keeps your travel documents organised and within easy reach when you need them at checks.
When is RFID protection essential?
This protection is especially important at busy airports, on public transport and at tourist spots where criminals with special equipment can steal personal data without detection. Also on business trips to countries with less strict privacy laws, this sleeve offers extra peace of mind about the security of your identity details.

RFID Protection:
RFID (radio-frequency identification) makes it possible to read data contactlessly via radio waves, data that is invisibly stored on a chip in passports, identity cards, credit cards, etc.
By using a special foil, HERMA protective sleeves attenuate these radio waves in such a way that unauthorised reading, illegal copying and data theft are prevented.
