Keeps your battery terminals clean for optimal contact and a longer lifespan. The stainless steel wire brush removes corrosion effectively, including colour-coded discs for all connections.
When do you choose this product?
For quick battery terminal cleaning
Battery terminals become contaminated over time through corrosion and oxidation, which leads to poor contact and reduced performance. These IWH battery terminal cleaning brushes are specially designed for quickly and easily cleaning both positive and negative battery connections. Regular maintenance improves conductivity and prevents starting problems.
Suitable for 6- and 12-volt batteries
This wire brush set works effectively with standard 6- and 12-volt batteries, giving you one tool for different vehicles and applications. The sturdy wire brush thoroughly removes stubborn corrosion and dirt from the battery terminals. This makes the product suitable for cars, motorcycles and other vehicles with these common battery voltages.
Complete set with colour-coded washers
You receive not only 2 cleaning brushes but also 5 red and 5 black battery terminal washers. This colour coding helps you connect correctly: red for the positive terminal and black for the negative terminal. The washers prevent direct corrosion between the battery terminal and the clamps.
Practical tip for use
Make sure you disconnect the battery before you start cleaning, and always work on the negative terminal first. Use the included washers after cleaning to minimise future corrosion. The wire brush is powerful enough for thorough cleaning, but take care not to damage the battery terminal.
