What are watercolour pencils and when do you use them?
Watercolour pencils are special water-based drawing materials that you can use like ordinary coloured pencils, but also blend with water to create watercolour effects. You need this type of pencil when you want to experiment with different drawing effects, from dry pencil strokes to smooth, watercolour-paint-like results.

Why this MUCKI set is ideal for beginners
This set of 6 watercolour pencils is specially designed to blend easily and work with good coverage. The compact size makes the set perfect for children and adults who want to get acquainted with watercolour techniques without making a big investment straight away. The pencils are easy to use thanks to their water-soluble properties.

Complete starter set with everything you need
This colour play box contains not only 6 watercolour pencils, but also a brush for working with water, 10 motif cards for inspiration and a clear instruction booklet. The concept of "magic with colours, water and pencils" makes this a comprehensive starter set that lets you get started straight away without buying any additional materials.

Practical tip for optimal use
Use the included brush to add water to your pencil strokes and experiment with the amount of water for different effects. Start with the motif cards from the set to master the techniques before creating your own designs. Keep the pencils dry to best preserve the water-based properties.
