1. Place the stencil. Apply Home Design Size Paste thinly (with a sponge, stippling brush or roller)
2. Remove the stencil immediately and leave the size to dry until it becomes transparent (approx. 20 minutes drying time)
3. Apply the leaf metal or leaf metal flakes and gently press down with a soft brush
4. The excess leaf metal residue is easily rubbed away with the edge of the brush tip. These can be collected and reused
