Handy document bags to sort and protect your papers quickly. Crystal-clear film gives you instant overview, and with the handy tabs and labels you'll find everything in no time.
When do you choose this product?
For which situation do you use document bags?
Document bags are indispensable when you want to keep paper documents organised and easy to access. You use them for sorting project files, storing contracts, invoices or other important papers you need regularly. Thanks to the transparent design, you can see at a glance what is in each bag.
Why choose this A4 format?
The A4 format fits perfectly with the standard Dutch office environment, where almost all documents are printed in this size. These bags fit exactly into standard suspension files and filing systems. With 25 pieces in one pack, you have enough stock straight away for a complete project or filing system.
What does the 0.2 mm PVC film mean?
The 0.2 mm thick PVC film offers a good balance between flexibility and sturdiness. The material is thin enough to stay supple in daily use, yet strong enough to protect documents from moisture and dust. The transparent design means you can always see the contents without opening the bag.
Practical details for use
Each bag is supplied with a tab and label holder, so you can clearly label the contents. This makes the system even more organised and professional. The bags comply with DIN 821 standards, meaning they are compatible with standard European filing systems and suspension files. You can use them straight away in your existing office organisation without any adjustments.
