When do you choose this product?
What does an archive collector do?
An archive collector is a practical storage solution for organising loose documents, reports and files in A4 format. You use these boxes to create temporary or permanent archives, keeping papers upright for easy access. The backward-sloping shape makes it easy to view and select your documents.
Why choose this LEITZ variant?
This archive collector has an optimal size of 80×265×320 mm, specially designed for A4 documents. The corrugated cardboard is covered with kraft paper, which adds extra sturdiness and extends its lifespan. The open top allows you to quickly add or remove documents without having to move the entire box.
Flexible placement and accessibility
A major advantage is that you can place this collector either upright or lengthways, depending on your available space. The handles on the front and back make transport easy, while the archive print on both sides ensures clear identification from every angle. This makes them ideal for both active and long-term archiving.
Practical expansion with dividers
For even better organisation, you can attach vollsichtreiter 6114 to these collectors. These transparent dividers let you insert labels or titles, so you can see at a glance what is in each box. With the pack of 10, you have plenty of stock straight away for a complete reorganisation of your archive or documentation.
