Handy foldable storage bag for anyone who regularly changes workstations. The 3 compartments and 8 elastic holders in the lid keep your things organised, while the adjustable handles ensure comfortable transport.
When do you choose this product?
What does this storage bag do and when do you need it?
The LEITZ Desk Sharing storage bag is designed for workstations that are shared by several people, also known as flex desks or hot desks. You store your personal office items in it, unpacking them at the start of the day and tidying them away at the end. This way you keep a shared workstation free for the next user and always have everything you need to hand.
Why this size and this finish?
With dimensions of 355 x 200 x 235 mm, the bag is compact enough to fit in a locker or on a shelf, yet roomy enough to carry a full working day's kit. The bag is foldable, which is handy when you don't need it and want to save space. The felt-grey fabric construction gives a neutral look that suits a range of office environments.
An honest look at the layout
The bag has 3 compartments and 8 elastic holders in the inner lid, so you can carry items such as pens, a USB stick or other accessories neatly organised. The name card on the outside makes it easy to identify the bag as yours, which is practical on a shared workstation. The load capacity of 8 kg means you can also take heavier items without the bag being overloaded.
A practical tip about the carrying handles
The two carrying handles are adjustable between 150 and 450 mm, so you can carry the bag either by hand or over your shoulder. Choose the shorter setting if you want to carry the bag by hand, and the longer one if you prefer to hang it over your shoulder more comfortably on your way to and from your workstation.
