These transparent sleeves keep your A4 documents neatly organised and clearly visible. With coloured labelling strips, you can find every document at a glance.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
These LEITZ document wallets protect your A4 documents against dirt, moisture and damage while keeping them easily accessible. The wallets are open at the top and on the side, so you can slide your documents in and out quickly without having to take them completely out of the wallet.
Why choose this specific design?
The clever design features a partial 1/3 closure on the right-hand side, which prevents documents from slipping out during transport or storage. The coloured edge on the left makes it easy to visually distinguish different categories of documents in your filing system.
Benefit of the labelling system
Each wallet has a coloured cardboard labelling strip at the bottom where you can write information. This system is document-safe, meaning the ink will not fade or bleed through onto your documents. You also receive 15 extra labelling strips, so you can adapt the system flexibly.
Practical tip for use
With 6 wallets in one pack, you can immediately set up a complete filing system for different projects or categories. Store the extra labelling strips in a dry place so you can use them later when you expand or change the system. The 0.15 mm thick PP construction offers sufficient sturdiness without taking up too much space in binders or drawers.
