When do you choose this product?
What are insertable hanging-file tabs and when do you need them?
Insertable hanging-file tabs are transparent tabs that you slide into hanging files to organise documents and find them quickly. You need them when you want to distinguish different categories within a single hanging file, or when you want to set up a clear filing system.
Why choose this 38 × 158 mm size?
This specific size is designed for use in Leitz ALPHA and BETA hanging filing systems. The dimensions ensure the tabs stick out clearly above your hanging files without taking up too much space in your filing cabinet.
Benefits of the transparent sand-coloured finish
The transparent sand-coloured finish offers a neutral, professional look that suits any office environment. Thanks to the transparency, your handwritten or typed text remains easy to read, while the light tint gives your archive a calm, orderly appearance.
Compatibility and practical use
These tabs are suitable for use in Leitz hanging, suspension and end-piece files. They have a centre-fold construction with 60/80 mm perforation, which is the standard perforation for Dutch and German archive files. With 25 pieces per pack, you have enough stock to provide multiple hanging files with a clear division.
