When do you need a mobile suspension file box?
You need a suspension file box when you want to transport suspension files safely or store them temporarily outside your office. This LEITZ Mobile suspension file box is ideal for home workers, advisers who work at clients' premises, or staff who need to move documents between different locations. It also offers a practical solution during removals or reorganisations.

Why this size of 366×165×310 mm?
This compact size makes the box easy to handle and transport, while still allowing you to take 15 suspension files with you. The box fits comfortably on a desk or in a car without taking up too much space. The format has been chosen so that you can transport a substantial quantity of documents without the box becoming unwieldy.

Sturdy construction with aluminium frame
The aluminium construction with reinforced metal edges ensures that the box withstands regular transport. The aluminium frame keeps the box light enough to carry, yet provides the sturdiness needed to protect your documents. The aluminium rails make it smooth to insert and remove suspension files.

Practical security and transport options
The two combination locks protect your documents against unwanted access during transport or storage. In addition to the 15 suspension files, you can also fit 2 binders in this box, offering extra flexibility. The sturdy carrying handle makes transport comfortable, even when the box is full.
